If a specification, model name or claim on this site is wrong, please say so — include the page and, if you have it, where the correct figure is published. Corrections are the highest-priority mail we get and we act on them quickly.

Questions about a recommendation

If a guide did not answer your question — a room size, a body type, a household situation we did not cover — ask. Questions like these usually end up improving the guide itself.

Brands and PR

We are glad to hear from manufacturers, particularly about specification corrections and range changes. To be direct about what we do not do: we do not accept payment for coverage, guarantee a ranking position, send copy for approval before publication, or remove criticism on request. Pitches on those terms will be declined.
